DualTech Services, Inc. was created in 1999. With a small but talented team, we have created successful online entries as well as improved existing business efficiencies for various sized businesses.
We offer many services to our customers and at times this can be a little daunting, but our customers always end up happy and so do we.
Our skillset is pretty vast and we’d love to extend our experience in helping you.

Rick Guyer is Mr. Do-it-All. There’s literally nothing this guy can’t do. His love for computers dates back to writing small games in Basic at the age of 8. Little did he know that this childhood hobby would turn into a passion and later, a dream come true.
In 2000, Rick began working on Linux System Administration. Together with a fellow colleague, he wrote his own hosting control panel in Perl. This inspired Rick to begin hosting websites and building custom web applications for businesses.
Rick has incredible people skills and loves to work 1-on-1 with clients on a daily basis. He also manages day-to-day tasks and works with developers to solidify end results. His visionary plans and strategic goals are what keep DualTech going everyday.

Jesse R. Adams is a Web Application and Database wizard, not to mention one of the first 1,000 Zend Certified PHP Engineers. If that doesn’t impress you, maybe the fact that he’s been doing all of this plus working as a Linux System Administrator for over 6 years. His expertise in systems design and vast programming knowledge easily make him the backbone of every DualTech project.
While obtaining his Bachelors in Information Systems Technology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Jesse was President of Future Information Technology Experts and demonstrated his technological prowess as a competing member of the Network Security Competition.

Chad K. Tracy is a proud Web 2.0 design junkie with excellent skills in Photoshop, CSS, HTML, and Javascript. Honing his skills at a young age, Chad has designed logos, websites, user interfaces, business cards, flyers, posters, magazine ads, storyboards, design concepts, and more. His job is to make things look good. If that isn’t enough, Chad is also adept at Web Marketing and Search Engine Optimization, as well as writing and managing content.
His most successful work came in the form of Brain Gainers where he worked to conceptualize character concepts and illustrate storyboards to facilitate the creative and engineering process. His design work and consultation is utilized to success on every project.
He is currently obtaining his Bachelors in Information Systems Technology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
